Every prize is delivered to your door

Just win: we take care of the rest. We pack your prize, hand it to the courier and ship it to Switzerland and anywhere in the European Union. Shipping is always free.

  • Free shipping No shipping fees, ever: the card price is the only thing you pay us. Within the European Union the only amount left to you is the import charges, collected by the courier on delivery.
  • Tracking in your account As soon as the parcel leaves, your personal area shows the tracking number with a direct link to the courier's page, already filtered on your shipment.
  • Notification email At the same moment we write to you: courier, tracking number and the link to follow the delivery, in the language you use on the site.

From the win to your doorstep

What happens once your name shows up among the winners.

  • You win the prize The win is recorded during the live draw and appears right away in the "Wins" tab of your personal area, together with the prize assigned to you.
  • We check the address We use the shipping details saved in your profile. If anything is missing or incomplete we email you within 24 hours to complete it before packing.
  • We pack and ship We pack the prize carefully — cards in a sleeve and toploader — and hand it to the courier within 3-5 working days.
  • You follow the parcel You get the notification email and the tracking link appears in your account: from there you follow the shipment all the way to your door.

Where to find the tracking

The tracking number lives in the "Wins" tab of your personal area, next to the prize you won: one click opens the courier's page already filtered on your parcel. Until the shipment leaves you'll read "shipment being prepared" — meaning the prize is still with us.

Keep your address up to date

We ship to the address saved in the "Shipping" tab of your profile. Check it before you play: with the details already correct the prize goes out immediately, with no confirmation emails to chase. If you need to change it after a win, do it before the parcel leaves.

Who we ship with

  • Swiss Post Our usual courier. The link in your account opens “My consignments” already filtered on your parcel number. For the European Union the final delivery is handled by the postal operator of the destination country, but the tracking number stays the same.
  • DPD Switzerland Used for bulkier parcels and for most European Union shipments. The link opens myDPD with the parcel number already filled in.

At a glance

  • Cost Free. Shipping is always included with the prize — no handling fees, no minimum amounts.
  • Area Switzerland and all 27 European Union countries, at no shipping cost. We do not ship outside this area for now.
  • Customs and import VAT Parcels leave from Switzerland. For deliveries within the European Union the parcel goes through customs: import VAT, duties and any clearance fees are payable by the recipient and collected by the courier on delivery. We always attach a customs invoice stating the real value of the prize.
  • Timing Handed to the courier within 3-5 working days of the address being confirmed, then the courier's own delivery times apply: usually 1-2 working days within Switzerland and 3-8 working days within the European Union, customs clearance included.
  • Tracking Always included: number and link in your personal area and in the notification email.
  • Packaging Neutral and protective: cards in sleeve and toploader, sealed boxes with padding, no reference to the contents on the outside.
  • Shipping details They must be provided within 7 days of the win, as set out in clause 6 of the Terms and Conditions.

Shipping FAQ

  • How much does shipping cost? Nothing. Shipping is free for every prize, whatever its value and however many prizes you win: you only pay for the cards. On deliveries within the European Union, import charges still apply — they are not shipping fees, they go to your country's tax authority and to the courier.
  • Do you ship abroad? Yes. We ship to Switzerland and to all 27 European Union countries, always with no shipping cost. The parcel leaves from Switzerland: on its way into the European Union it goes through customs, and import charges are payable by the recipient.
  • Do I have to pay anything on delivery? Within Switzerland, never: the prize arrives at no cost at all. Within the European Union shipping stays free, but the parcel comes from Switzerland and is cleared on entry: import VAT, any duties and the courier's clearance fee are payable by you. The amount depends on your country and on the value of the prize.
  • I won but there is no tracking yet — is that normal? Yes. The number only appears once the parcel is handed to the courier. Until then the "Wins" tab reads "shipment being prepared".
  • My parcel hasn't arrived or arrived damaged — what do I do? Email premi@bingonerd.ch within 7 days of delivery (or of the last tracking update), with a few photos if you can: we open a claim with the courier and find a solution.
