By accessing and using the BingoNerd platform, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.
BingoNerd is an online entertainment platform that organises digital game events with physical prizes (nerd collectibles). The service does not constitute gambling under Swiss law, as the prizes are physical and play follows predefined, transparent rules.
BingoNerd reserves the right to verify users' identities and to suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements.
Payment for cards is final and non-refundable, except in case of event cancellation by BingoNerd. Cards are assigned immediately after payment. The numbers on each card are randomly generated and cannot be changed.
Prizes are physical and vary each week. BingoNerd reserves the right to replace a prize with one of equivalent value in case of unavailability. Winners must provide a valid shipping address within 7 days of winning, otherwise the right to the prize is forfeited. Shipping is by express courier with tracking included and is free of charge. We ship to Switzerland and to European Union countries. Shipments to the European Union leave from Switzerland and are subject to the customs formalities of the destination country: import VAT, duties and clearance fees are payable by the winner.

Violation of these rules results in immediate account suspension and the loss of any prizes not yet claimed.
BingoNerd is not liable for: service interruptions caused by technical problems or the user's connection; financial losses arising from the inability to participate in an event; indirect or consequential damages. BingoNerd's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the cards of the event in question.
BingoNerd reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice to registered users. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated by email and published on this page.
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts at the consumer's domicile, subject to mandatory legal provisions, including the consumer protection rules of the European Union country where the user resides.
